    • Profit calculation & profit payment frequency: Profit is calculated daily and credited to the account at the end of the month.

    • Account minimum balance: EGP 1,000
    • Minimum balance to calculate profit: EGP 5,000
    • All the available services on the bank’s digital channels will not be permitted from branches.
    • Account Opening: Primary account for new customers will be open through branches, while additional suffix for existing customers will be open through the bank’s digital channels only (Internet banking & Mobile Application).
    • Cash Deposits & withdrawals are not available through branches “except for the first cash deposit for new customer’s primary account”.

    • Credits to the account are available through:

      1. Internal transfer between the customer’s own account or any other account inside the bank through the internet banking & mobile application
      2. Incoming transfers from other banks using various transfer systems
      3. Cash deposits through ATMs

    • Deductions from the account are available through:

      1. Internal & external transfers through the internet banking & mobile application.
      2. ATM cash withdrawals

    • Valid National ID for Egyptians – valid Passport & entry visa for Foreigners
    • Recent utility bill “if the current address is different from the stated address in the ID”
    • Income proof document
