According to our bank Consideration to instructions of the Central Bank of Egypt (C.B.E) for developing the banking sector which is always Keen On Establishing the Confidence Between banks and clients ,our Bank Has created a separate department Under the supervision of our compliance department at our Head Office named: (Customers Rights Protection Unit ) for Achieving Clear Foundation that govern the relationship between our bank and its clients in a way to achieve Justice and transparency which guarantee protection of the customers Data , In addition to select fast and clear method for dealing with any complaints and suggestions .
