How do I activate the mobile banking app?
You can subscribe to the service for the first time at the nearest branch, or through the self-subscription feature within the app itself. And you will need to sign the subscription form within 3 months of activation.

What documents are required to activate the account from the mobile?
National ID number or valid passport, Customer identification number (CIF), Mobile number registered with the bank.

Do I need to have activated online banking in order to create an account on the app?
Yes, you need to be subscribed to the service in order to use the app.
