  • Is installment cashback campaign that allows customers to pay educational payments in installments and get a 10% cashback with maximum of 5,000 EGP.

    Campaign eligibility :-

    • The campaign is for Al Baraka Bank credit cards only
    • The campaign applies to installment transactions done on Educational purchases transactions only during the campaign period.
    • The customer must contact the call center to Subscribe in the cash back campaign
    • The campaign does not apply on delinquent customers
    • The Cash Back Campaign applies to installment transactions done starting from tenor of 6 Month for the educational transactions that take place during the campaign period.
    • Minimum installment amount eligible for cashback is 10,000 EGP
    • The duration of the campaign from 1/9/2024 to 30/9/2024
    • The value of cash back is 10% of total value of installment transactions, with a maximum of 5,000 EGP.
    • The Cash Back amount will be credit to the customer’s credit cards within the next month of the campaign.
    • Admin fees applies on installment transaction per installment tenor

  • Al Baraka Bank launched the cash in/out service which enables their cardholders to withdraw and deposit cash through POS machines.

    The service is available for debit & Islamic credit cards and it provides more accessibility to the cardholders to deposit and withdraw cash service through POS machines related to different service providers such as Fawry without visiting the nearest branch or ATM which helps to save our customers’ time and efforts.

    Service fees

    • Debit card: EGP 5 for Cash withdrawal or deposit services + Service provider fees.
    • Credit card:EGP 5 for deposit service & 4% with minimum EGP 40 for cash withdrawal service + Service provider fees.

  • We are glad to announce the launch of Cards activation through SMS service, which enables cardholders to activate their cards once received without the need to contact the call centre.

    • You can activate Al Baraka Bank credit and direct debit cards by sending a text message to 191281 from your phone number registered with the bank containing the following:
    • The word ACT is followed by a space and then the last four digits of the card to be activated. Example: ACT****
    • Standard SMS fees are applied to the activation SMS from the Cardholder.
